Our Chiropractor Dr. Francis was born in South Plainfield, NJ. He attended Drexel University and earned a degree of B.S. in Clinical Nutrition, while participating in four years of Division 1 Baseball. Upon graduation, he achieved certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a fitness trainer and became the Assistant Fitness Manager at Philadelphia Sports Club in Society Hill.
He worked full-time as a personal trainer and nutritional counselor for several years, before making the decision to further his knowledge and education. Dr. Francis went on to attend and graduate summa cum laude from Palmer Chiropractic College, Florida campus. He then became the chiropractor owner and clinic director of a 20 year old practice (formerly Vinciguerra Family Chiropractic) located in North Wilmington, DE.
While still in school, our chiropractor Dr. Francis took over 300 hours of graduate courses (outside of the Palmer Chiropractic Curriculum) and became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), a Certified Chiropractic Extremity Practitioner (CCEP), and a Certified Active Release Technique (ART) & Applied Kinesiology (AK) Practitioner. Dr. Francis also completed the physiotherapy and adjunctive procedures curriculum at Palmer and passed the Physiotherapy exam issued by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners (NBCE).
Upon graduation, Dr. Francis completed over 100 more hours of training to become a Certified Graston Technique (GT) Provider, a Certified Kinesio-Taping Practitioner (CKTP), certified in Rock Tape’s Functional Movement Techniques (FMT), achieved his Diplomate in the American Academy of Medical-Legal Professionals (DAAMLP), has become Certified in Whiplash and Brain Injury Traumatology, and recently completed over 100 hours of training to become a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP).
Dr. Francis combines his knowledge of chiropractic, nutrition, rehabilitation, and soft tissue modalities to carry out individualized treatment plans for his patients.
Dr. Francis is married to his beautiful wife, Kate, and is the proud father of Mikey (born in December of 2014), and Charlotte “Charlie” Jane (born in May of 2016). He also enjoys serving on the Board of his Church, the Bridge, in Linwood, PA.

Dr. Paulette Skouvakis graduated Magna Cum Laude from The College of New Jersey with a Bachelors of Science degree in Biology and minor in Chemistry. She then graduated Summa Cum Laude from New York Chiropractic College with a Doctor of Chiropractor degree. Upon graduation, Dr Paulette completed 150 hours to become certified in electrodiagnostics (EMG, NCV, SSEP advanced diagnostic testing) from the Neurodiagnostic Institute.
Currently, she is a National Board Certified Chiropractor Physician licensed in Delaware. She has also completed the physiotherapy and adjunctive procedures curriculum at NYCC and passed the Physiotherapy exam issued by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners (NBCE).
She has received various awards for academic excellence, leadership, and community service. She remains dedicated to service and continues to volunteer her time and chiropractor expertise at events such as the Susan G Komen 3-Day for the Cure. She also guest lectures. Most recently, she presented on Sharpening the Saw: The Power of Emotional, Physical and Ethical Renewal at Neumann University in PA.
Dr. Paulette is passionate about helping others achieve their healthiest possible life. She leads through her own example and is also a fitness coach, assisting people with their exercise programs and nutrition.
She has studied abroad in Sevilla, Spain. Her hobbies include yoga /exercise, travel, and healthy cooking.
Dr. John Booth was born and raised in Garnet Valley, PA. He graduated from Garnet Valley High School, where he lead both the football and lacrosse teams as the team Captain. He then went on to attend King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, PA where he earned a B.S. degree in Biology in 2010, while participating in 4years of Division III Lacrosse and serving as the team Captain. Dr. Booth furthered his education at New York Chiropractic College in Seneca Falls, NY,and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Doctor of Chiropractor degree in 2014.
While at NYCC, Dr. John received additional certifications in Whole foods and Nutrition, Pediatrics, and ConnecTX—an instrument based technique used to treat soft tissue injuries.
Currently, he is a National Board Certified Chiropractor Physician licensed in Delaware and Pennsylvania. He also has completed the physiotherapy and adjunctive procedures curriculum at NYCC and passed the Physiotherapy exam issued by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners (NBCE). Besides seeing patients at our clinic, Dr.Booth also sees patients at Booth Chiropractic Health and Rehabilitation in Port Richmond, Philadelphia PA, where he became the owner and clinic director in 2014.
His hobbies include working out, fishing, playing with his yellow lab, Remi, and spending quality time with his fiancé, Ashley.
